Core Charge Message
The manufacturer requires a product core charge for the part you purchased. If you return the used core in the same box in which the new one is packaged, this amount will be refunded to your credit card. Any retailer MUST charge you this core charge, regardless of which retailer you use. (Some retailers will not be up-front with you about this core charge, and will call you to collect this amount after you place the order).
Place a copy of your invoice with a note stating “Returning used core for refund”, and ship the used core (in the new box) via the carrier of your choice to:
